Before your HarmonyCa™ treatment, ensure your skin is clean and free from makeup or any other products. Avoid using harsh exfoliants or retinoids for a few days leading up to your appointment to prevent potential irritation. We recommended we avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours. Inform your provider about any medications or supplements you're taking, and avoid blood-thinning medications like aspirin for a week prior.

After receiving the HarmonyCa™ treatment, it's important to follow proper aftercare guidelines. Immediately after the procedure, avoid touching or rubbing the treated area for the rest of the day. Apply a gentle moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and protect it from dryness. In the next 24-48 hours post-treatment, continue to avoid touching or rubbing the treated area. Refrain from engaging in strenuous exercise or activities that could lead to sweating. Keep the treated area clean and dry during this time to promote optimal healing. Over the next few days, gently cleanse the treated area with a mild cleanser and pat it dry. Avoid using harsh skincare products or exfoliants on the treated area, as they may irritate the skin. Additionally, avoid sleeping on the treated area to prevent pressure and displacement of the product.
